I help ambitious adults stuck in cycles of people-pleasing and endless achieving reclaim their space in the world, show up authentically in relationships, and discover joy, connection, and the trust that they are already enough.
I believe that when we begin to listen to the voice inside of you that yearns for more, we can use it as a guide to create the life you want.
Through holistic and body-based therapy, we can go beyond just talking about what’s not working and instead address what’s at the root of your pain - so you can find healing that lasts.
