You find yourself stuck in patterns that don’t feel good, but are painfully familiar. You promise yourself you’ll do things differently next time, only to fall into a shame spiral when it happens again.

You desperately need a break, but end up feeling guilty or restless when you try to relax. Yet, all the years of overworking feel like they’re catching up to you.

I help ambitious women stuck in cycles of people-pleasing and endless achieving reclaim their space in the world, show up authentically in relationships, and discover joy, connection, and the trust that they are already enough.

I believe that when we begin to listen to the voice inside of you that yearns for more, we can use it as a guide to create the life you want.

Through holistic and body-based therapy, we can go beyond just talking about what’s not working and instead address what’s at the root of your pain - so you can find healing that lasts.
